Do you integrate with our property management system (Opera, Mews, and others)?
Yes. We integrate with the major property management systems including Oracle Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, Apaleo, and similar platforms, connecting them to your point of sale, door locks, guest Wi-Fi authentication, booking engine, and guest app so profiles, folios, and room status stay in sync across the stack.
Can you cover multiple properties and keep them standardized?
Yes. We design one reference architecture and roll it out property by property, so every hotel in the group runs the same network, Wi-Fi, PMS integration, and support model. Standardization keeps operations predictable, simplifies staff training, and makes group-wide reporting and security consistent.
Will guest Wi-Fi hold up at full occupancy?
That is the design target. We survey each floor plan and specify Wi-Fi 6 and 6E access points for per-room and public-space density, with wired backhaul and controllers sized for peak concurrent devices. Guests today bring several devices each, so we plan for full occupancy plus events, not average load.
Who supports it after go-live, and when?
Zoneits supports it 24/7, because hotels never close. Monitoring watches the network, Wi-Fi, PMS links, and POS around the clock, with an SLA-backed help desk and on-site response so a guest-facing issue at 3am is handled, not queued for morning.
Do you build the hotel website and booking too?
Yes. We build the hotel website with a direct-booking engine, SEO, and a guest mobile app, tied back into the PMS and payments. Driving more direct bookings reduces reliance on third-party channels and the commission that comes with them.
