Web Development

Marketing sites, web apps, e-commerce, and customer portals, designed and built in-house on modern stacks. Fast, accessible, and search-ready, with performance we hold to real Core Web Vitals targets.

Why Zoneits

Designed and built in-house.

Design and engineering under one roof, no handoff gaps between a studio that draws and a shop that codes. We work in modern stacks (React and Next.js, headless and Jamstack, SSR and SSG) with a design system that keeps every page consistent. Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA and SEO-ready markup are built in from the first wireframe, and we ship against performance budgets so the site stays fast as it grows.

  • One team, end to end. Strategy, UX, visual design, and build, delivered by the people who own the outcome.
  • Performance as a target. Core Web Vitals budgets (LCP, INP, CLS) enforced in CI, not checked once at launch.
  • Accessible and findable. WCAG 2.2 AA, semantic HTML, and structured data so people and search engines both read it well.

What we build

From landing pages to platforms.

One team for the whole web surface, marketing front, application behind the login, and the tooling that keeps both fast.

Marketing sites & landing pages

Brand-led, statically generated sites that load instantly and convert. Editable through a headless CMS so your team ships content without touching code, with SEO-ready markup and structured data on every page.

Next.jsJamstack / SSGHeadless CMSDesign system

Web applications

Authenticated tools, dashboards, and workflows built as React apps with SSR or SPA where each fits best.

E-commerce

Headless commerce with fast catalog, cart, and checkout, integrated to payments, tax, and fulfillment.

Customer portals & self-service

Accounts, billing, documents, and support in one secure place. Single sign-on, role-based access, and API integration to the systems your customers already rely on, so they help themselves and your team fields fewer tickets.

Performance engineering

Core Web Vitals budgets, image and font strategy, code splitting, and edge caching for a fast first paint.

SEO, analytics & CI/CD

Semantic markup, sitemaps, and Schema.org; privacy-aware analytics; and automated deploys that ship every change after passing checks.

Performance targets

Core Web Vitals, in writing.

Google’s field thresholds for a good experience. We engineer to the “good” column and enforce it with budgets in CI.

Questions

Web development, answered.

Do I need a static site, a CMS, or a custom web app?
It depends on how your content and users behave. A statically generated site (Jamstack) is fastest and cheapest to run for marketing and content that changes occasionally. A CMS adds a friendly editing layer when your team publishes often. A custom web app is the right call when you have authenticated users, complex workflows, or data behind a login. We help you pick, and often combine them, a statically generated front with an app behind it.
Do you handle SEO?
Yes. We build SEO-ready markup, semantic HTML, clean heading structure, canonical tags, sitemaps, and structured data (Schema.org) so search engines can read and rank your pages. Fast Core Web Vitals help too. We cover the technical foundation, and ongoing content and campaign work is available through our Marketing & Social team.
Will the site meet accessibility standards?
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline: keyboard navigation, color contrast, visible focus states, semantic landmarks, alt text, and ARIA where it helps. Accessibility is designed in from the first wireframe, not patched on before launch, and we can test against your specific compliance requirements.
Who hosts the site?
Your choice. We deploy to modern edge and CDN platforms, or into your own cloud account, with CI/CD pipelines so every change ships automatically after passing checks. We can host and manage it for you, or hand over a clean, documented setup for your team to run.
Do you maintain the site after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing support, updates, dependency patching, performance monitoring, and content changes. Many clients fold their site into a managed plan so security patches, backups, and uptime monitoring are handled continuously, see our Managed IT Services.
